Enabling Youth. Empowering Futures.

At Saksham Rozgar Society, we believe in the power of collective effort to build a skilled and confident youth. Our mission is to equip youth with the tools they need to succeed — through free, high-quality training and career support.

Our Purpose

In response to the pressing issue of youth unemployment and the challenge of unemployability among young people, Saksham Rozgar Society (SRS) has embarked on a mission to equip the youth with essential skills for the job market. The recent India Employment Report of 2024, published by the International Labor Organization, highlighted alarming statistics, revealing that 75% of Indian youth struggle with basic digital literacy, such as sending an email with an attachment. Moreover, the report underscored that only 48.7% of youth possess employable skills, emphasizing the critical need for interventions to bridge this gap.

As all our training and educational classes are online, all our educational and training videos are uploaded on our Youtube channel “Saksham Rozgar Society”. We have 475 subscribers, 103 videos and total 10,000 Views
