Bharat Ek Khoj is a multi-session learning series that explores the culture, history, politics, economy, and social structures of Indian states. This season featured Tamil Nadu, Meghalaya, Punjab, and Gujarat, deepening awareness of India’s regional diversity.
Curriculum Highlights:
Tamil Nadu: Dravidian politics, social justice, temple jewellery, and Kanchipuram sarees
Meghalaya: Matrilineal society, tribal identity, rock music, and Cherry Blossom Festival
Punjab: Partition history, economic shifts, Sikh culture, and traditional customs
Gujarat: Heritage cities, Gandhi’s legacy, sari weaving, and the Dandi March
Each session featured expert talks, real-world insights, and rich cultural storytelling.
Trainers & Contributors:
Led by editors, advocates, professors, and policy experts, the sessions brought voices from journalism, law, academia, and culture including speakers from The Hindu, DBRANLU, and the Indian legal circuit.
Support & Outcomes:
Participants explored regional narratives through interactive discussions, received completion certificates, and were encouraged to pursue further research and storytelling projects inspired by the sessions.
