Overview

SRS is committed to building an inclusive academic environment where every student can access quality learning materials. Through our Braille Book Transcription initiative, we support visually impaired learners by making key academic resources available in accessible formats.

  • Focused on promoting equal access to education for visually impaired students

  • Transcription support provided specifically for History and Political Science books

  • Part of SRS’s broader inclusion strategy alongside scholarships and mentorship

  • Accessibility Initiative (2024–2025): Braille transcription of essential textbooks completed and distributed in collaboration with institutional partners

  • Aditi Mahavidyalaya

  • Ambedkar College

    These resources benefit visually impaired undergraduates in humanities programs across Delhi University colleges.
