Celebrating Mentors, Shaping Lives

Saksham Rozgar Society began its journey with the celebration of Teachers’ Day, which marked its very first program. The event set the tone for SRS’s mission by bringing together core members to plan the organization’s initial training initiative in Accounts. Chief Guest Mr. Ashif Azmi and President Ms. Jyotika Kalra led the session, with enthusiastic participation from the founding team.

In 2023 and 2024, SRS continued the tradition through online celebrations. On September 5, 2023, Dr. Kush Kalra delivered a thought-provoking address comparing the lasting impact of teachers to modern artificial intelligence, highlighting the power of mentorship and direction. The following year, on September 14, 2024, educators Ms. Shobha Bhasin and Ms. Deepti Chawla joined an engaging session at the SRS Noida office. They emphasized the role of teachers in shaping behavior, mindset, and values, encouraging participants to reflect on their personal journeys. The event concluded with insights from President Jyotika Kalra, underscoring the importance of not just learning, but applying knowledge meaningfully in life.
